Finalmente senza pensieri Overall: Siamo passati ad un aumento di annunci di almeno il triplo, con impatto positivo verso gli ospiti Pros: Con un click importa qualsiasi annuncio ( es da Airbnb, booking, ecc) quindi hai un generatore di inserzioni facile, e in piu il calendario si aggiorna in automatico, e basta una persona per gestirlo! Cosi puoi davvero stare senza pensieri ! Cons: Il 5% di commissioni potrebbero diminuire dopo un certo periodo di utilizzo ( proposta )

Ready to book! Overall: Over all I've been pleased. I think there is a lot of potential here. Pros: I love the vast sources to get bookings and the gentle fee for service. Cons: I wish there was better forms of guest communication within the software.

Very helpful Overall: I am not good at using applications. Alsa i had extra problems because of the country I live in. They solved all my problems Pros: The support team is amazing. They dont let you panic. They solve the problem immediately. So you feel you are in secure hands Cons: None at all. Very easy to use. Even if you experience a problem, the support team is always there for you.

Your.rentals - different channels managed in one software Pros: What I like the most with this software is that you can advertise your rental place on different channels like: booking.com, agoda, Tripadvisor,expedia etc. and you are able to manage everything through your.rentals. You can also sync your calendar with other sites, which is pretty handy. Cons: I would like that there is also your.rentals app, that would be great. Hopefully it would come soon.

Casa Massimo a Subbiano (AR) Overall: Sempre in miglioramento,di anno in anno.Con l'aumento delle renzioni abbiamo aumentato la visibilità dell'annuncio e ricevuto piu' prenotazioni lasciandomi sempre la libertà di bloccare date a mio piacimento. Pros: Facile da usare ,aggiornamento in tempo reale dei calendari Cons: gli orari di accesso con l'assistenza,purtroppo i fuso orario diverso dalla mia sede pregiudica un intervento immediato.

Vendite buone Pros: I channel, ovvero la possibilità di vendere tramite tanti canali. Cons: Mancano a tutt'oggi alcune funzionalità e soprattutto è risultata carente l'integrazione con booking.com
