ASSC Members Promotion Offer Terms & Conditions

The Offer (“ASSC Members- Boost your bookings 2018”) is open to any Association Of Scotland's Self-Caterers Member and Your.Rentals account holder who has received the offer invitation.

The Offer invitation is personal and non-transferable to other parties.

The Offer will only apply to listings first published before 23:59 (CET) on 30 November 2018 (qualifying listings). It does not apply to re-activated listings.

Your.Rentals usual fees will be deducted from the price to guest in the form of a discount, and the account holder will receive a payout for the booking at the usual price.

This applies only to the first confirmed booking made before 23:59 (CET) on 31 December 2018 on any and all qualifying listings.

The aforementioned booking may be for any period, date, duration or number of guests provided it was confirmed before the aforementioned date.

The offer applies only to the first confirmed booking per listing.

A confirmed booking may be either an Instant Booking or an accepted Booking Request.

The offer applies only once per listing. If a listing is deactivated and republished, it will not be eligible for the offer again, even if the re-publication happens before the publication deadline.

If a qualifying booking is cancelled, whether by the guest or account holder, the listing will not be eligible for the offer again.

The offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

Your.Rentals accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of this offer. Your.Rentals further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the offer. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of Your.Rentals for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.

Your.Rentals reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this offer with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Your.Rentals in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

Your.Rentals shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majoure.

By publishing a listing, account holders are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions

If for any reason the account holder wishes to decline the offer, it is the account holder’s responsibility to inform Your.Rentals via email (support@your.rentals) before the first booking is confirmed.
