What is AI Messages?
AI Messages is a built-in assistant that drafts a suggested reply every time a guest messages you. One click, one draft — ready for you to review, tweak, and send.
It pulls from your listing details, booking information, and conversation history to generate a reply that's relevant to that specific guest and conversation.
And you stay in full control. The AI never sends anything on your behalf.
How it works
Open any guest conversation in Messages, click Generate reply, and a suggested response appears in the Suggested reply panel. Read it, edit it if needed, and hit send — exactly as you normally would.
Built around what you actually asked for
Last year we surveyed our community about AI messaging. The message was clear: you wanted help drafting replies, not a bot sending messages while you weren't looking.
That's exactly what AI Messages is. A drafting assistant, not an autopilot.
What it's great for

The more complete your listing information is in Your.Rentals, the better the suggestions will be.
A note on the Beta
AI Messages is launching in Beta, which means we're actively improving it. One important limitation to know: the AI doesn't read your calendar view. Always verify availability manually before sending replies that mention specific dates.
After each suggestion, you'll see thumbs up 👍 and thumbs down 👎 buttons. Use them — your feedback goes directly to us and shapes how the feature develops.
