We are excited to announce that on the 30th September 2016, the new pay-per-booking vacation rental software, Your.Rentals, was launched.
We built Your.Rentals to help property owners and managers simplify the management of their vacation rentals and increase their earnings by publishing their listings in over 40 web sales channels. The platform gives them full control over their Listings, Calendar, Sales Channels, Requests and Bookings from only one place – Your.Rentals.
When listing on Your.Rentals you only pay per booking you recieve. We do not ask you to pay a subscription fee like in most holiday rentals web sites – you only pay one unique commission per booking.
Most vacation rental home owners experience problems with double bookings when they receive two bookings from two different sales channels. The two-way calendar sync.feature will always update the calendars in the different channels reducing the possibility of getting a double booking.
The holiday rentals software is designed to embrace the idea of simplicity. From uploading your property and receiving instant online bookings or booking requests via email or SMS to controlling your Calendars and Bookings via a simple, easy to use dashboard.
