What is People & Access?
People & Access is a new setting in Your.Rentals designed to make collaboration smoother and more precise. It gives Property Managers and individual hosts an easy way to choose who can see what — whether that includes the calendar, performance metrics, or assigned tasks.
Every team member gets their own secure login and a simple portal view. They only see what you grant them. For example, owners and co-hosts may view or edit the calendar and monitor specific KPIs, while cleaners or service partners may only see their tasks and guest details.
Calendar permissions
People & Access lets you share the calendar in a controlled way. You can give team members visibility into bookings, including check-ins and check-outs. You can also let them add manual bookings or block nights to avoid double-bookings across channels.
In addition, you can enable access to guest contact details when needed. This gives operational partners the information they need without exposing anything unnecessary.
Sharing business KPIs with team members
You can now share performance metrics and KPIs with owners or co-hosts who need transparency. Most importantly, you choose which KPIs to share with each person — for example, Total Rental Revenue, Occupancy Rate, or Average Revenue per Booking. This ensures collaborators only see the insights that matter to them.
Viewing assigned tasks
Cleaners and maintenance teams can view upcoming and past tasks, including due dates, property details, and clear instructions on how to prepare or service each property. If they don’t have any assigned tasks, they won’t see a Tasks view in their portal. This keeps their workspace clean and focused.
Getting started
You can find People & Access under Settings in your Your.Rentals account. From there, invite your team members, choose their permissions, and you’re ready to go. Their portal will automatically update based on what you share with them.
