We’ve just updated the Reports tool to give you even deeper visibility into your business performance. In addition to your core KPIs, you can now track Cancellation Rate, RevPAR, and Revenue by Channel — giving you a complete, 360° view of your vacation rental performance.

From one analytics dashboard, you can now monitor:

• Revenue

• Occupancy Rate

• Nights Booked

• ADR (Average Daily Rate)

• Revenue per Booking

• Cancellation Rate — measure lost revenue and booking reliability

• RevPAR — benchmark how efficiently availability converts into income

All metrics are updated in real time, and accessible in one consolidated view, whether you're managing a single property or a full portfolio.

We also added a Revenue by Channel view so that you can compare earnings across platforms and optimize your distribution strategy:

Want others in your team to stay up to date with your vacation rental performance?

You can now share access to Reports with collaborators such as owners, co-hosts, or accountants. Just head to your People & Access page in your profile settings and grant them permission to view selected business metrics — including revenue, occupancy, cancellations, and more.

This makes it easy to:

• Share performance updates without exporting spreadsheets

• Give owners or partners real-time access to the data that matters
