What is Booking Boost?

Booking Boost means that instead of taking our usual fees, we’ll pass this on as a discount to your guests! You don’t need to do anything – we’ll do all the work for you! And you’ll keep the same great payout.

It’s no secret that cheaper prices will make guests more likely to book! Not only will your property appear cheaper to guests, but we’ll also display the new price as a discount in supported sales channels, meaning your guests will know they’re getting a bargain!

We want to help you get your next booking, so we’re not taking any fees for this. Guests will see your property at a reduced price on sales channels, but you’ll still get every penny of your usual payout.
The technical stuff:
How does it work?
Your.Rentals won’t take any fees on your next booking. You will still receive your standard payout for this booking.
All of your listings will appear cheaper to guests until you receive your next booking.
Once your next booking is confirmed, all of your listings will return to their normal price.
What do I need to do?
Nothing! We’ll take care of all the work for you. Just make sure your listings are online, your rates are set correctly and your calendar is up to date.
How much discount will guests receive?
The discount your guests receive depends on your pricing agreement. Most guests will receive a discount of 20%.
Anything else?
Booking Boost can only be applied once. If you cancel a booking, Booking Boost will not be applied again.
Booking Boost cannot be applied to listings in Booking.com. This means that your listings will be displayed at their usual price on the site. If your first booking is received through Booking.com, your Booking Boost offer is still valid until you receive a booking through another channel.
