Location: Hanoi, Vietnam

Your.Rentals is looking for a Product support hero to join its team in Hanoi. Are you a good problem-solver, quick learner, interested in technology and fluent in European language? We’re looking for a caring, motivated and self-starting person to join our product team in Hanoi to support the needs of our users, who are property managers and guests of vacation rentals all around the world.

As this role directly supports our users, most of whom are based in Europe, the hours of work will be non-standard, and some shift work may be required.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to property manager questions via email and webchat (in writing)
  • Respond to enquiries and questions from travellers booking our accommodation
  • Stay updated with our product, it’s features and functionality and how our users experience it
  • Outbound calling to resolve problems with property managers and guests
  • Translation of content for our help center http://help.your.rentals
  • Research and fix geographic mapping issues for new listings
  • Assist the technical product manager with simple test tasks

Qualifications and experience

  • University level education with major in one of the languages below
  • Understanding spoken and written English
  • A high level of proficiency in Spanish, French and/or Italian
  • Experience working in customer support
  • Comfortable using web-based software
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Basic use of spreadsheets
  • Confident and outgoing personality
  • Self-motivated and able to plan own work
