¿Qué son los Mensajes AI?

Mensajes AI es un asistente integrado que redacta una respuesta sugerida cada vez que un invitado te envía un mensaje. Un clic, un borrador, listo para que lo revises, lo modifiques y lo envíes.

Se basa en los detalles de tu anuncio, la información de la reserva y el historial de conversaciones para generar una respuesta que sea relevante para ese invitado y esa conversación en concreto.

Y tú mantienes todo el control. La IA nunca envía nada en tu nombre.

Cómo funciona

Abre cualquier conversación de invitados en Mensajes, haz clic en Generar respuesta, y aparecerá una respuesta sugerida en el panel Respuesta sugerida. Léela, edítala si es necesario y pulsa enviar, exactamente como lo harías normalmente.

Last year we surveyed our community about AI messaging. The message was clear: you wanted help drafting replies, not a bot sending messages while you weren't looking.

That's exactly what AI Messages is. A drafting assistant, not an autopilot.

What it's great for

AI suggestions work best for the messages you write on repeat:

• Check-in and check-out instructions
• Directions and access information
• Property rules and policies
• Amenity questions (Wi-Fi, parking, facilities)
• Booking and pricing enquiries

The more complete your listing information is in Your.Rentals, the better the suggestions will be.

A note on the Beta

AI Messages is launching in Beta, which means we're actively improving it. One important limitation to know: the AI doesn't read your calendar view. Always verify availability manually before sending replies that mention specific dates.

After each suggestion, you'll see thumbs up 👍 and thumbs down 👎 buttons. Use them — your feedback goes directly to us and shapes how the feature develops.
