Instant Bookings and Request Bookings
Choose between Request Booking or Instant Booking for each listing.
Instant Booking means that if requested dates are available, bookings are automatically accepted. The full guest details are provided to you after each booking is confirmed.
Request Booking means that guests make pre-paid Booking requests. You receive each Request by SMS/email and have 24 hours to Accept or Decline the booking. Once you Accept, the booking is confirmed.
Control your Channels
With our Channel Manager, you're in control of where your listings are published.
Your.Rentals synchronises your listing content, rates and availability. And all bookings and payouts come automatically into your Your.Rentals account. So you only need one login to manage your holiday rental business.
Includes All Channel Commissions
Rather than managing payouts and commissions directly with each channel, you’ll pay just one simple commission to Your.Rentals per booking confirmed. There are no hidden or extra commissions per channel.
Pay-per-booking
No monthly fees. No contractual commitment. You simply pay a commission per booking, which we deduct from your Payout.
