Rates & Payouts explained
Your.Rentals simplifies your distribution by removing the need to have a separate account on each vacation rental website.
Build your listing in Your.Rentals, and we take care of publishing your listing in channels, collecting guest payments and paying sales channel commissions. You receive a simple payout with your bookings and financial statements all in one place.
This page explains how to set your rates in Your.Rentals and how payouts are calculated.

Setting rates
In your property manager account, you can choose to input your rates in one of two ways:
Gross rates (guest rates)
Input the rate that you want the guest to pay → we'll ensure that this is the rate presented to guests so your rates are consistent across channels and calculate your payout based upon this.
Net rates (payout amounts)
Input the payout amount you want to receive → we'll calculate the correct rate to the guest to ensure that you receive your desired payout amount per booking.
How payouts are calculated
Your.Rentals collects guest payments on your behalf either directly from guests or from sales channels who collect guest payments.
Booking and Service fees
Your.Rentals incurs costs on behalf of Property Managers to process bookings and collect payments, including:
- Sales channel commissions and fees
- Credit card processing fees
- Credit card fees for refunds and changed payments
- Bank fees for processing payouts to property managers
- Sales channel cancellation fees (in case of a booking cancelled by property manager)
- Costs of providing customer and channel support for bookings
To cover the direct costs above we deduct a 15% Booking fee from confirmed bookings. To cover the costs of running our platform and our business we charge a Service fee (between 5-10% per booking depending upon the Plan you select for your account).
Compared with the cost of sales channel commissions, collecting payments and the time required for you to maintain an account on each sales channel, we believe this is great value!
