Guaranteed Payout
Choose how much you want to earn.
We’ll manage the guest price and guarantee you your chosen payout when you receive a booking..

We take care of all channel commissions as well as bank & credit card fees so you don’t have to. Channel Fees are not applied on Direct Bookings – you only pay the 5% Service Fee.
How does the Channel Fee work?
The Channel Fee is specially designed to help you save time and forget about complex invoicing by giving you a Guaranteed Payout amount. Other services mark up your prices on top of their fee to the guests, increasing your prices (by different amounts!) on each channel and making it hard to calculate your true payout. We cover all channels with the same 15% channel fee no matter where your booking comes from, so you know exactly how much you’re earning.
FAQs
What is the Service Fee?
Our standard service fee is 5%. This gives you full access to all Your.Rentals features, unlimited listings and unlimited channel connections!
What is the Channel Fee?
Unlike other services, we keep things simple. The Channel Fee is the same no matter which channel you receive the booking through, so you know exactly how much you’ll earn and there are no nasty surprises or hidden fees for you or your guests.
What is Guaranteed Payout?
Then when you receive a booking, we’ll subtract our Service Fee and any Channel Fee from the guest and send your payout (for your chosen amount) directly to you. No complicated invoices or confusing invoices – just your chosen payout amount, guaranteed.
When and how do I get paid?
We know how important a payment schedule can be for any business. You can choose to get paid per booking or periodically. As standard, we’ll send you your payout 24 hours after your guest checks in.
We even offer advance payment for eligible customers! If you need to receive payment before your guests arrive, talk to one of our team.
Who pays the Sales Channel commission?
Instead, we handle sales channel commission and bank and credit card fees on your behalf. That’s all covered by our Channel Fee, so you don’t need to do anything!
Do I pay VAT on Fees?
As of 1 July 2020, VAT is not included in our fees.
We want to help you make sure you’re able to manage all your finances correctly (and legally!). Depending on what type of business you run and where you’re based, VAT may be added directly to your Fees, or via invoice.
If you’re a private person in the EU, or a company registered in Denmark (our home country) VAT will be added to your fees. If you’re a private person outside the EU, or a company based outside of Denmark, we won’t apply VAT to your fees if you provide a valid VAT number.

What if I already have listings on another website?
