*Channel Fee = 15%
We take care of all channel commissions as well as bank & credit card fees so you don’t have to. Channel Fees are not applied on Direct Bookings – you only pay the 5% Service Fee.

How does the Channel Fee work?
The Channel Fee is specially designed to help you save time and forget about complex invoicing by giving you a Guaranteed Payout amount. Other services mark up your prices on top of their fee to the guests, increasing your prices (by different amounts!) on each channel and making it hard to calculate your true payout. We cover all channels with the same 15% channel fee no matter where your booking comes from, so you know exactly how much you’re earning.

What is the Service Fee?
We don’t have any monthly fee or subscription, and you don’t have to pay any costs per listing or per channel connection. Instead, we collect a percentage of your guest booking payment.
Our standard service fee is 5%. This gives you full access to all Your.Rentals features, unlimited listings and unlimited channel connections!
What is the Channel Fee?
When you receive a booking through a sales channel, we collect a 15% booking fee on behalf of the channel to cover their commission and bank & credit card fees.
Unlike other services, we keep things simple. The Channel Fee is the same no matter which channel you receive the booking through, so you know exactly how much you’ll earn and there are no nasty surprises or hidden fees for you or your guests.
What is Guaranteed Payout?
Set your prices based on exactly how much you want to earn. We’ll manage the price to guest and make sure it’s correct in every channel.
Then when you receive a booking, we’ll subtract our Service Fee and any Channel Fee from the guest and send your payout (for your chosen amount) directly to you. No complicated invoices or confusing invoices – just your chosen payout amount, guaranteed.
When and how do I get paid?
No matter how you want to get paid, we’ve got a solution for you. We support bank transfer, PayPal and Payoneer so you can get paid quickly and securely.
We know how important a payment schedule can be for any business. You can choose to get paid per booking or periodically. As standard, we’ll send you your payout 24 hours after your guest checks in.
We even offer advance payment for eligible customers! If you need to receive payment before your guests arrive, talk to one of our team.
Who pays the Sales Channel commission?
Other services claim to make your life simpler, but then make you handle all the sales channel commissions, complete with invoices, fluctuating commission rates and all sorts of other manual work.
Instead, we handle sales channel commission and bank and credit card fees on your behalf. That’s all covered by our Channel Fee, so you don’t need to do anything!
Do I pay VAT on Fees?

As of 1 July 2020, VAT is not included in our fees.

We want to help you make sure you’re able to manage all your finances correctly (and legally!). Depending on what type of business you run and where you’re based, VAT may be added directly to your Fees, or via invoice.
If you’re a private person in the EU, or a company registered in Denmark (our home country) VAT will be added to your fees. If you’re a private person outside the EU, or a company based outside of Denmark, we won’t apply VAT to your fees if you provide a valid VAT number.

Can I have a variable Channel Fee?
By default we charge the same 15% Channel Fee on all bookings, no matter which channel you receive the booking through. Not only is that much simpler, but we also find that the vast majority of property managers save money this way.
If you really need to pay a different fee per channel, speak to one of our team to find out if it’s the right move for you.
What currency can I get paid in?
We support a range of currencies so you can get paid in a way that works for you.
Right now we offer Euros, British Pounds, US Dollars, Danish Kroner, Norwegian Kroner, Swedish Kronor, South African Rand, Swiss Franc and Thai Baht!
Is there a limit on number of listings?
Absolutely not! No matter if you have one property or one thousand, you’re welcome at Your.Rentals. There’s no extra cost per listing or per channel connection – you only pay a percentage per booking.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
There are no fixed terms or time commitments required! Since we only make money when you do, using Your.Rentals is a no-risk option. You’re free to stop using the service at any time, provided you have no outstanding bookings or fees to pay.
What if I already have listings on another website?
Great question! We’ve made it really easy for you to start using Your.Rentals, so if you already have listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, Tripadvisor or Vrbo, you can import them directly into Your.Rentals so you can get started in a few seconds.
You can keep managing your listings on your existing sites if you want, or you can do everything through Your.Rentals! With Calendar Sync, you’re able to update your availability on every site automatically, even if you’re not using Your.Rentals to manage that channel.
