What is the Channel Fee?

If you use a channel manager or work directly with channels, you’ll need to pay the channel commissions, service fees and cancellation fees separately. This creates a lot of work for you and your accountant.

When you work with Your.Rentals, we pay the channel commissions and other fees on your behalf. So you won’t need to deal with their invoices or support. Our channel fee is a flat 15% fee for channel bookings (+ VAT where applicable).

What is Guaranteed Payout?

Set your prices based on your desired earnings. We handle the pricing for guests across all channels to ensure accuracy. When a booking comes in, we deduct our Service Fee and any Channel Fee from the guest’s payment and send your chosen payout directly to you. No complex or confusing invoices – just your selected payout amount, guaranteed.

Who pays the Sales Channel commission?

Our unique approach ensures you won’t have to deal with sales channel commissions, invoices, or fluctuating rates. With our Channel Fee, we take care of it all – making your life simpler!

What is Full Channel Support?

(*) Full Channel Support entails managing vacation rental portals on your behalf, whether for claims, cancellations, or any issues that may arise with them and their platforms. Handling this independently can feel like an insurmountable task, but our established commercial agreements grant us direct communication with them, enabling us to resolve all issues more efficiently and effectively. And more importantly save you time and hassle.

Can I have a variable Channel Fee?

Our standard 15% Channel Fee applies to all bookings, ensuring simplicity and cost savings for the majority of property managers. If you’re considering different fees per channel, reach out to our team for tailored guidance on what works best for you.

What if I already have listings on another website?

Great question! You can connect your existing listings from Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo to Your.Rentals so that you can enjoy the benefits of having Smart rates, Your.Cover and Advanced Payout with each booking. And of course this will simplify your invoicing and payments (that’s what we’re here for). Please reach out to our team to arrange a connection.

Or you can continue to manage those listings directly in the channel with a Calendar Sync to ensure there are no double bookings.

What is the Service Fee?

The Service Fee you pay to Your.Rentals for each booking covers the unlimited use of our platform, multilingual support, merchant fees, payment processing, Your.Cover, Smart rates and associated fees.

Our Standard Plan service fee stands at 7.5% (contact our sales team for Custom plans).

When and how do I get paid?

We have a range of payment options to suit your needs. Choose from bank transfer, PayPal, and Payoneer debit cards for fast and secure payments. We understand the importance of timely payments for your business. By default, you’ll receive your payout 24 hours after your guest checks in. Eligible customers can enjoy Advanced Payout, meaning you will be paid out when your booking becomes non-refundable. Reach out to our team to see if you qualify.

Do I pay VAT on Fees?

Depending on whether you are a business or private person and where you’re based, VAT may be added directly to our Fees. If you’re a private person resident in the EU or a Danish company, we’ll add VAT to your fees. If you’re a company within the EU, we won’t apply VAT to your fees if you provide a valid VAT number. If you’re a private person or company outside the EU, we won’t apply VAT to your fees.

What currency can I get paid in?

We support a range of currencies so you can get paid in a way that works for you.
Right now we offer EUR (Euro), GBP (British Pounds), USD (US Dollar), AUD (Australian Dollar), CAD (Canadian Dollar), DKK (Danish Krone), NOK (Norwegian Krone), SEK (Swedish Krona), ZAR (South African Rand), CHF (Swiss Franc), THB (Thai Baht), INR (Indian Rupee) and MXN (Mexican Peso).

Can I cancel my account at any time?

If you’re on our Standard Plan, there is no fixed contract term and you’re free to stop using the service at any time, provided you have no outstanding bookings or fees to pay. If you have a Custom Plan, you’ll need to check the terms of your specific plan.

Is there a limit on number of listings?

Absolutely not! No matter if you have one property or one thousand, you’re welcome at Your.Rentals. There’s no extra cost per listing or per channel connection – you only pay a percentage per booking.
