What is the Service Fee?

It’s a 7.5% fee we deduct from each payout — only when you earn. This covers all Your.Rentals services, with no subscriptions or hidden costs.

What’s included in the price?

Your Service Fee gives you access to the full Your.Rentals toolkit — including dynamic pricing (PriceLabs & AirDNA), reports and analytics, listing and booking management, team and operations tools, payouts and invoicing, compliance support, and host-first priority support. All tools are included for the bookings you manage through Your.Rentals.

What is the Channel Fee?

With Your.Rentals, you pay one fixed 15% fee on all channel bookings (+ VAT). We cover the channel commissions and handle their invoices for you.

Do I pay VAT on Fees?

VAT applies if you’re a private person in the EU or a Danish company. EU businesses with a valid EU-VAT number are exempt (reverse charge). No VAT applies outside the EU.

When and how do I get paid?

Depending on your location and chosen payout method, it may take up to 5 banking days for the funds to appear in your account. If the payout due date falls on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the next working day.

What currency can I get paid in?

We support EUR, GBP, USD, AUD, CAD, DKK, NOK, SEK, ZAR, CHF, THB, INR, and MXN. If a booking is made in another currency, we handle the exchange and cover the conversion fee, so you always receive payouts in your chosen currency at no extra cost.

What if I already have listings on another website?

You can connect your listings from Airbnb, Booking.com, or Vrbo directly to Your.Rentals. This saves you from creating them from scratch and makes invoicing and payments simpler because we process them for you. You only manage your listings from one place.

What happens when I connect my account?

Connecting your account means full integration: your listings, bookings, and payouts run directly through Your.Rentals. This unlocks all advanced tools and means you no longer need to log in to Airbnb, Booking.com, or Vrbo.

Do I need to connect my Airbnb or Booking.com account?

Connecting your account isn’t mandatory, but it’s highly recommended. Full integration means everything runs through Your.Rentals, giving you access to the most powerful tools and automation.

If you prefer, you can still use Calendar Sync without connecting accounts. You’ll get a website and avoid double bookings, but you’ll miss out on the features that drive the most growth.

Do I pay a fee if I keep managing my accounts outside of Your.Rentals?

No. You only pay our Service Fee on bookings processed through Your.Rentals. If you continue managing some listings separately in Airbnb, Booking.com, or other channels, we won’t charge you anything for those.

What support do I get with Your.Rentals?

We offer host-first Priority Support, handling booking issues, payouts, claims, and disputes directly with the channels so you don’t have to. For hosts with 5+ properties, a dedicated manager provides consultancy, tailored advice, and performance optimization.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. On the Standard Plan there’s no fixed contract — you can leave anytime if you have no outstanding bookings or fees. Custom Plans may have specific terms. You can also disconnect your Airbnb, Booking.com, or other channels whenever you like.
